Board of Directors

Among West Midlands extraordinarily committed volunteers are the members of the WMFC Board of Directors. This eleven-member board meets bi-monthly with each member holding an additional standing committees role. Standing committees include: Accounting and Budget, Investment, Human Resources, Facilities Management, Communications and the Program Activities Committee. At the first board meeting of each year, new volunteer board members are elected for a three-year term. Our Board of Directors is ultimately responsible to the community for the functions of WMFC.
